Please find below all the information relating to delivery and returns of your products ordered on our website. By placing your order you accept all of the below terms and conditions.
We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and shipping may be delayed. All orders will be processed in the order they are received. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We appreciate your patience and are doing our best to ship all orders on time.
All orders are posted via the Royal Mail Tracked and Signed service as standard. For addresses within the UK, items will be delivered within 5 working days.
For international orders, delivery times may vary between 7-10 working days, depending on the delivery destination. Niavo Equestrian uses third party shipping services and will not be held responsible for any delays related to postage. Should you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched, you will be liable for the shipping charges associated with the order.
We endavour to meet the expectations of all our customers, however, for any reason, if you are not happy with your order, you may return your item(s) to us for a full refund of the item(s) price at the time of purchase. The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days, in the same conditioned that it was delivered to you. All original tags must be intact and the item(s) must be in a resaleable condition to qualify for a refund. No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for the package.
Customers will be responsible for any costs associated to them with regards to returning their order(s). Niavo Equestrian will only cover the cost of postage in the event that an item is damaged or faulty. Please note that all orders pass a stringent quality check before being dispatched. Any item(s) being returned will be refunded or replaced at the discretion of Niavo Equestrian.
If there is a problem with the order you have received, please write to us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.
